A Home Away From Home for Horse & Rider

Agistment, lessons, horse training, and competition support in the beautiful Southern Highlands.

The Gap

The equestrian world wasn't built for you.

The industry caters to children and elite competitors. If you're an amateur horse owner — someone who rides for the love of it, fits horses around work and life, and just wants to do right by their horse — you're often left to figure it out alone.

Feeling stuck, nervous, or doing it alone? You don't have to be.

Inner Circle Equestrian exists for riders like you — a place where you and your horse get the support you both deserve, without pressure, without judgement, and without assumptions about where you "should" be.

What We Offer

Everything under one roof

From daily care to competition day — we're with you at every step.

Agistment

A safe, supported home for your horse

Calm, community-focused agistment with individual private paddocks, horse-safe fencing, twice daily feeding, checking and rugging. Your horse is in safe hands — so you can relax.

Lessons

Tailored to you, not a template

Bespoke training and lessons — whether you're rebuilding confidence, working on groundwork, or preparing to get back in the saddle. No rush, no assumptions.

Horse Training

Professional schooling, your way

Professional schooling aligned with your goals and your horse's temperament. Training is always done with care and in consultation with you — we respect the bond between you and your horse.

Event Support

You never have to do it alone

When you're ready, we'll help you load up, travel to events, and support you on the day. From your first outing to your personal best, we're right there with you.

Meet Natalie

Fun, inclusive, and endlessly patient

Natalie Innes has spent 37 years with horses at every level — from grassroots to international. A British Horse Society Accredited Coach and Equestrian Australia qualified instructor, she's built her career around one belief: every rider deserves to feel supported.

After running a successful equestrian business in the UK, Nat brought her experience to the Southern Highlands — creating a space where amateur horse owners can learn, grow, and enjoy their horses without pressure or judgement.

"I've been where many of my riders are — nervous, unsure, wanting to do right by my horse. That's exactly why I do this."

"If you are looking for an agistment where the owner will support not only you but also your horse — in an environment suited to ground work in a covered arena, trail rides, a jumping area, single paddocks where the horses are fed twice daily and looked after as if they are Natalie's own horses — Inner Circle is a unique business offering well above and beyond any other agistment centre in the area."

"It is my happy place, and I leave each day knowing my horse is in the very best of hands. I love my lessons with Nat, whose patience and teaching skills are highly recommended."

"She constantly pushes you to be the best rider you can be, while still making you feel supported every step of the way. She truly cares, not just about your riding, but about you as a person, and that shows in everything she does."

"As someone who came to riding and horse ownership later in life, I needed a place that made me feel welcomed, not judged. Inner Circle has been that, and so much more."
